1. Information we collect

We handle the content entered into our Google Form, and the information necessary for transactions that we receive through Stripe in connection with product purchases and payments.

We also handle email addresses submitted voluntarily through the newsletter signup form, using Benchmark Email.

2. Purposes of use

• Responding to inquiries and necessary communication
• Providing products and services, confirming payments, and communication regarding purchases
• Sending newsletters, content updates, offers and news to subscribers, and managing subscriptions
• Actions required by law

Inquiry information collected through the Google Form is used only to respond to inquiries and for necessary communication.

Newsletter subscribers may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails. Inquiry information is not used to sign people up for the newsletter.

3. External services

We use Benchmark Email for newsletter registration and delivery. Subscriber information is handled by that provider as necessary to provide the service.

We use Google Forms to receive inquiries and Stripe to process payments. Entered information and payment information are handled by each provider to the extent necessary to provide its service. For details, please see the Google Privacy Policy and the Stripe Privacy Policy.

4. Analytics and cookies

The Company does not use website access analytics or its own cookies. However, external services such as Google Forms, Google Maps, Stripe and Benchmark Email, including the signup form's Google reCAPTCHA protection, may use cookies or similar technologies operated by each provider. The embedded head office map is provided by Google Maps; loading it sends connection information such as your IP address to Google. Please see the Google Privacy Policy for details.

5. Provision to third parties and security

Except where permitted by law or otherwise, the Company does not provide personal information to third parties without the individual's consent. For Google Forms, Stripe and Benchmark Email, information is handled to the extent necessary to provide each service. The Company appropriately manages the information it handles in light of the purposes of use.

6. Requests for disclosure, correction, deletion, etc.

If you wish to request disclosure, correction, suspension of use or similar measures concerning personal information held by the Company, please contact us through our contact form. After verifying your identity, we will respond in accordance with applicable laws.

7. Revisions to this policy

The Company revises this policy as necessary. The revised policy takes effect when it is posted on this page.
